Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup whisked curd
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 cup melted butter
  7. 1/2 teaspoon venilla essence
  8. 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  9. Butter for brush
  10. All purpose flour for dust pan
  11. For sugar syrup:
  12. 1 cup water
  13. 3/4 cup sugar
  14. 1 no. Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add semolina,sugar,baking powder and mix all
  2. Take another bowl, add milk, curd, melted butter, vanilla essence and mix all
  3. Add wet ingredients with dry ingredients
  4. Mit with cut & fold process
  5. Take cake pan, brush with butter and dust with flour
  6. Now add almonds with cake batter and keep few almond aside
  7. Pour batter into the pan and rest almonds spread all over top on the batter
  8. Preheat oven 180 digree centigrade
  9. Bake for 35 minuts
  10. After baking check the cake with toothpick
  11. Now we made sugar syrup
  12. Take a saucepan, add sugar and water together
  13. Let's become a boil, then add cinnamon
  14. When sugar syrup ready switch off flame
  15. Now demould the cake and spread sugar syrup top on the cake and serve to ur children
