Slice chicken in thin strips and keep in between sheets of plastic paper. Pound with a rolling pin so that it becomes thin and flat
Mix chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, Salt, vinegar, coriander leaves
Marinateand keep aside
In a bowl add eggs, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper powder and whisk
Flavour the bread crumb with powder spices
Dip the chicken pieces in flour, then in egg and coat In bread crumbs
Deep Fry it on medium heat till golden and crispy
Heat olive oil in a Wok and add minced garlic
Add chopped onions and saute for few minutes
Blanch, peel and chop the whole tomatoes
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato puree, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, sugar, Salt, soya sauce, and cook till thick
Add fresh tomato carrot soup ( optional) or chicken stock if you want instead of water
Add capsicum and cook till thick
In a baking dish put a little sauce and arrange the fried chicken pieces on the sauce
Put more sauce on top of chicken pieces and arrange a slice of mozzarella too
Sprinkle spring onions too
In a preheated oven at 180 c bake for 15 minutes only
Boil spaghetti in a big pan with little salt and oil till it is soft
In a Wok add the boiled noodles ,olive oil, 3/4 cup of tomato salsa and toss
Add chopped coriander leaves or spring onions of your choice
Enjoy with baked saucy chicken
