Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown bread -4 pieces
  2. Wheat flour-3/4 cup
  3. Sugar-1 cup
  4. Milk-2 cup
  5. Ghee-3 tsp
  6. Condensed milk-3 tsp
  7. Pineapple essence-1/2 tsp
  8. Baking powder-2 tsp
  9. Baking soda-1/2 tsp
  10. Cashew nuts-1/4 cup
  11. Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. First of all prepare the bread crumbs from the brown breads by grinding it.
  2. Then mix all the dry ingredients together and then mix all the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  3. Now the the cake batter is ready.
  4. Grease a cake mould with ghee and butter paper and pour the batter in it.
  5. Garnish some splitted cashew nuts over it.
  6. Heat the steamer and then steam the cake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Now your bread pineapple cashew steam cake is ready.
  8. Cut it into pieces and serve.
