Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated Broccoli 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder a pinch
  6. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour with salt,ajwain and hot water in a bowl.Knead it well to a soft and smooth dough.Keep aside for 5mins
  2. Rinse the broccoli well and grate it finely using a grater
  3. Heat a pan.Add 1 tsp of oil.Once oil is hot, Add the grated broccoli ,spices,salt. Saute it for 2 mins.Check for the spices
  4. Add 1 tsp of besan powder and stir it well.Fry for 2 mins
  5. Switch off the flame.Transfer to a bowl.Let it cool down for 5 mins
  6. Take a small dough ball.Roll to a small circle.Place broccoli stuffing inside and fold it.
  7. Gently roll to a soft Paratha.Sprinkle flour while rolling.Heat a tawa.Place the broccoli Paratha on a hot tawa and roast it
  8. When one side is partially roasted,flip it. Spread oil or butter or ghee on Paratha.Roast it. Flip again till the both sides are roasted well
  9. Healthy and tasty broccoli Paratha is ready.Serve it with sauce or curd or pickle.
