Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 150 grams baby potatoes
  2. 1 tablespoon oil
  3. one teaspoon mustard seeds
  4. curry leaves
  5. Pinch of red chilli powder
  6. Pinch of turmeric
  7. one tspn pepper
  8. 1 tspn chaat masala
  9. coriander chopped
  10. Imli sauce pichkoo
  11. tomato sauce pichkoo
  12. Pizza topping pichkoo
  13. any sauces that your kid likes can be taken.

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes well
  2. Boil them in pressure cooker 3 whistles
  3. Cool peel keep aside
  4. heat oil in a pan splutter,1tspn mustard seeds,pinch of red chilli powder
  5. Add dry spices and chopped corriander,keep chaat masala for last sprinkle
  6. Add the boiled peeled baby potatoes
  7. Toss potatoes in the mix of oil and spices
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala
  9. Toss again to mix well all potatoes
  10. Pick each potato without oil in base place into a serving bowl put tooth picks to use
  11. In any dip dish put a spoon each of diffrent sauces to dip potato tangy
