Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Beetroot a small piece
  3. Spinach 1 by 4 cup
  4. Turmeric powder one teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 1 tbsp
  7. Ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take juice of beetroot and spinach
  2. Knead dough with beetroot juicefor pink colour
  3. Knead dough with spinach juice for green colour
  4. Knead dough with turmeric powder 4 yellow colour
  5. Make chapatis of each colour
  6. Please one chapati above the other and press gently
  7. Roll tightly together and seal the edges
  8. Cut into small pieces
  9. Roll each piece to thin chapati
  10. Cook both sides in hot tawa
  11. Cook directly in flame to make soft pulka
  12. Spread over the pulka
