Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Packet Fresh Noodles
  2. 5 cups water
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 2 tbsp Oil
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Salt (Taste According)
  9. 1 cup Sliced Onion
  10. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  11. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  13. 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
  14. 1½ tbsp Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Take water in a pan and add noodles in it.
  2. Add salt and oil so that it will not become sticky.
  3. Don't boil too much as we will cook them later.
  4. When they are boiled, add some cool water so that the boiling process will end up immediately.
  5. Now put the noodles in a plate and put them aside.
  6. Now take another Pan and lit the stove.
  7. Put oil and cumin seeds when oil gets heated.
  8. Add sliced onion, chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage.
  9. Stir them well until they get brownish.
  10. Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and black pepper.
  11. Add boiled noodles which we kept aside in a plate.
  12. Stir the noodles with the help of forks so that the noodles do not break down.
  13. Put soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar over it.
  14. Stir them well once again and noodles are ready.
  15. Take out in a bowl or a plate and enjoy it.
