ABOUT Moong Dal Pizza RECIPE

This is very healthy breakfast recipe for childeren as well as adults.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Cup Moong Dal
  2. 4 Green chilli
  3. 1 inch ginger
  4. one teaspoon baking soda
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Chopped capsicum 1
  7. Chopped tomato 1
  8. 2 teaspoon boiled sweet corn
  9. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. one teaspoon amchoor powder
  12. one teaspoon Garam Masala
  13. Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  14. 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  15. Salt
  16. oil

Instructions

  1. moogdal rinse thoroughly with water. Soak in enough water at least 2 hours.
  2. Drain excess water
  3. Grind to coarse paste with green chilli and Ginger
  4. take a bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, Garam Masala, green chilli, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt. Mix well.
  5. Heat the pan with oil
  6. Beat the mugdal paste with above half veg mixture and baking soda. Fold the mixture into the batter to make it fluffy.
  7. Add the batter to cover the pan.
  8. Add the leftover veggie mixture as topping.
  9. Cover and cook in low flame
  10. Flip and cook the other side until completely done.
  11. Cook well, then take it in serving plate and cut with pizza cutter.
  12. Garnish with onion rings and red chilli julien
  13. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
