ABOUT Schezwan Fried Rice RECIPE

A quick fix for me when you just want to relax without doing much cooking. If the veggies are already sliced and ready then you will ask for nothing more. Relish this super easy rice with ready mix sachets available in the market. Just saute, mix and that's it. You are all set to devour. Enjoy this with leftover rice as I do to minimise the wastage. Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Leftover or freshly cooked rice 5 cups
  2. Butter 3 tbsp
  3. Oil 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green peas 1 cup
  6. Capsicum sliced 3
  7. Green beans 1 cup
  8. Cabbage shredded 1 1/2 cups
  9. Ginger shredded 1 tbsp
  10. Schezwan mix ready made sachets 2
  11. Freshly chopped coriander 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat butter and oil both.
  2. Saute ginger and all the vegetables until crisp.
  3. Add salt according to taste. The ready mix also is spicy and has salt added in it.
  4. Add both the ready mix sachets.
  5. Mix well and garnish with coriander for a lovely and an aromatic rice.
  6. Enjoy!
