Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 small katori basmati rice
  2. 1 katori soaked green peas
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper as per your taste
  6. 2 tea spoon soya sauce
  7. 1.5 tea spoon red chili sauce
  8. 1.5 tea spoon vinegar
  9. 1 bunch chopped spring onion
  10. 1.5 tea spoon Schezwan chutney

Instructions

  1. Soak rice take vessel boil water add rice in it and let it cook
  2. Soak peas, carrot, chopped onion, sauces and vinegar
  3. Strain water from rice
  4. Take kadai add little butter and saute all veggies
  5. Add rice and all sauces and mix well add chopped spring onion, rice ready to serve
