Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finely Grated carrots 2 number
  2. Butter 100gm
  3. Maida 250gm
  4. Baking Powder 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  5. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Egg 4 number
  8. Sugar 200 gm
  9. Orange zest 1 tablespoon
  10. Orange juice 1 tablespoon
  11. Ghee 3/4 cup
  12. Cashew 10 number

Instructions

  1. Mix maida baking powder and baking soda with a seive
  2. In a bowl mix butter and sugar and beat it till fluffy
  3. Add eggs and beat well
  4. Add milk and mix
  5. Add flour mix and fold it to mix well with the butter mixture
  6. Add zest and orange juice and mix well
  7. Add grated carrots and mix
  8. In a prepared cake tin pour the batter and tap twice
  9. Arrange cashews over it.
  10. In a pre heated oven bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
