Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red chillies 4 or 5
  2. Pea nuts ....1 table spoon
  3. Garlic 7 or 8 pods
  4. Oil....1/2 tea spoon
  5. Lemon juice or vinegar... . ..1/2 tea spoon
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and roast pea nuts and garlic pods
  2. In same oil, roast red chillies (chopped in roundals) for 1 minute
  3. Now grind these all things with salt to taste in mortar and pestle till done, coarse consistency is better
  4. Mix lemon juice and store in a glass bowl
