ABOUT One Bowl Soup RECIPE

Healthy and tasty soup for winters and I always prefer this soup as its full of nutritions, protein and iron.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mix lentils 1 cup
  2. Spinach 1 bunch
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Peas 1/2 cup
  6. turmeric powder 1/2 tbs
  7. Salt 1 tbs
  8. Butter 1 inch
  9. Black pepper powder 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Soak the mix lentils for 1 hour.
  2. Wash clean and chop the spinach, carrots , tomato and set aside.
  3. Now in a pressure cooker add lentils , veggies and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
  4. After that open the lid and put it on a flame and add turmeric powder, salt , black pepper powder and stir well.
  5. Now when its done finally add butter and let it melt and turn off the flame.
  6. Serve hot with croutons and enjoy the healthy soup.
