Ingredients Serving: 5
Wheat flour 1 cup
Refined flour 1 cup
Dry active yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 2tbsp
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Warm water 2 cups apprx.
Olive oil 1/2cup
Some refined flour for dusting
Icing sugar 3 tbsp
Instructions
Take 1/4 cup Luke warm water add yeast and powdered sugar keep aside for 5 minutes
In a bowl add wheat and refined flour ,oil 1 tbsp,salt,mix them
Add yeast and rest of the water to knead a soft dough
Take another bowl brush oil ,take little oil on hands lift the dough and apply oil on it then keep it in the bowl cover with wet cloth and let aside in warm place for about 45 minutes
When the dough is double in size take out on flat surface and knead again for 5 minutes
Role the dough 1/2 inch thick
Apply some oil then spread sugar, cocoa,cinnamon evenly
Role it so that there is no air in it
With the help of thread cut it in small portions and place in greased baking tin, brush little oil on them and keep at some warm place for 20-25 minutes
Pre heat oven at 180c
Place baking dish in oven
Pour some water over the lower rack
Bake for 20 minutes
Take icing sugar and add 1 tbsp water ,mix well
When rolls are baked ,cool them little and brush icing sugar on the rolls
