A sweet made of eggs ,can be stored for 3_4 days.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sugar 1cup.
  2. Ghee 200 ml eggs 5_6.
  3. Chopped pistachio 1table spoon.
  4. Green cardemom powder 1tea spoon.
  5. Kewra water 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Blend together eggs ,sugar and ghee for 2_3 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan ,put egg mixture and whisk contineously to avoid lumbing.
  3. Cook on low flame to 15 minutes,stiring contineously.
  4. When ghee separates from eggs,put off flame.
  5. Add kewra water and mix.
  6. Grease a tray,spread egg mixture over it,flatten with a spatula to a 1/2inch sheet.
  7. Garnish with pistachio flakes.
  8. Cut into desired shape.
  9. Serve.
