  1. Aloo 150gms boiled pealed
  2. Hole masalas: 2bay leaves
  3. 3 cloves
  4. 1cinamon piece
  5. 2 cardoms
  6. 1 marati flower
  7. Half tsp shajeera
  8. 1cup onion chopped
  9. 1cup tomato chopped
  10. 2 gree chillies
  11. 1cup coriander
  12. 1tsp cus cus seeds
  13. 1tsp till seeds
  14. 2 tsp dri Coconut
  15. Half cup kaju
  16. 1tsp Ginger garlic paste
  17. 1tsp salt
  18. 1tsp chilli powder
  19. Half tsp turmeric powder
  20. Half tsp garam masala
  21. Half tsp cumin powder
  22. Half tsp kasturi mathi
  23. Half cup curd
  24. Half tsp daniya powder
  25. Half cup fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a cadai put butter when it's melts add hole garam masala
  2. Then add onion,tomato pieces
  3. Keep statue once it's soften add custard vis seeds,kaju,coconut,till seeds on it
  4. Mix well these is gives gravy transfer blender make fine paste ..pour this paste in to cadai
  5. Keep cook once its cooked add hole spices salt,chilli, powder kasturi mathi
  6. When gravy contains flavour add Boiled pealed potatoes add it
  7. Keep cook the gravy flavour binds to potatoes ..it's forms
  8. Thick creamy texture nice aloo gravy and rich masala add curd mix well
  9. Once it's gets bubbling transfer serving plate garnish with cream coriander ready to serve
