ABOUT Winter Laddus RECIPE

I have made this laddus from a mixture of bajra flour, jowar flour and wheat flour in jaggery syrup

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Bajra Flour 1/2 Cup
  3. Jowar flour 1/2 cup
  4. Grated jaggery 1 cup
  5. Ghee 4 tbsp
  6. cardamon powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast whole wheat flour in 2 tbsp ghee till it gives a nice aroma
  2. Roast bajra flour in 1 tbsp ghee till it gives a nice aroma
  3. Roast jowar flour till it gives a nice aroma in 1 tbsp ghee
  4. mix all these flours
  5. Add cardamon powder
  6. In a pan heat jaggery with little water till it forms a ball when dropped in water
  7. Filter and pour over the flour mixture. mix well
  8. when slightly cooled roll laddus
