The fiber in dates enhances intestinal health. It also prevents dangerous ailments like stomach and colon cancers. Other minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, protein, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and sulfur aid in the overall body functioning. They improve the metabolism and immunity as well.Khajur or dates can be well consumed in the form of these laddoos.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups dates
  2. 2 cups roasted groundnut powder
  3. 3/4 cup roasted sesame seeds coarsely crushed
  4. 2 cups coconut powder
  5. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  7. 1 1/2 cup roasted and crushed dryfruits
  8. 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl take 2 Tbsp butter / ghee.Add dates /khajoor in it and microwave for 45 seconds on high power.Grind it in mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.
  2. Mash dates and mix all ingredients.Make small balls and roll into coconut powder
  3. Serve
