Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Butter 2 tablespoon melted
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. 2 teaspoon coffee powder
  6. Ghee or oil to fry
  7. Dark chocolate 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix butter vanilla essence and coffee powder in a bowl then add maida and make a dough not too soft.
  2. Now allow it to rest for 5-8 mins. Make small balls and roll them in to small poori.
  3. Now in center of puri apply water and keep one more puri on it same way add one more on top of it. So it will be of 3 layers now leave some place from center and put 3 slits now in center.
  4. Keep one dough roll like a pillar and take one slitted triangle and place on pillar like a rose petals, similar way set all petals in rose formation. Deep fry the rose.
  5. Allow to fry on medium flame. Now take dark chocolate and melt in double boiler and roll the rose in chocolate. Let is rest till chocolate sets.
