Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 potatoes chopped in medium size
  2. 1/2 cup green peas
  3. 1 beetroot finely chopped
  4. 2 onions finely chopped
  5. 1 tomato finely chopped
  6. 2 spoon clarified butter
  7. 1/2 spoon salt
  8. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 spoon green chilli paste
  10. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  11. 2 spoon pavbhaji masala
  12. 2 spoon lemon juice
  13. 1 cup water
  14. 2 spoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter in a cooker and add green chilli paste
  2. Add onion and ginger garlic paste
  3. Saute until the onion turn golden brown
  4. Add tomato and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add potatoes,peas and beetroot and cook for 3-4 minutes
  6. Add salt,pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder and roast for 2 minutes
  7. Add water and close the lid
  8. Cook for 3-4 whistles
  9. Mash with a masher after opening the lid
  10. Mix lemon juice and butter
  11. Serve with pav
