Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  3. Unsalted Butter
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Sugar as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take maida and aata, add 4 teaspoon butter and Mix it with your hand.
  2. Check if the mixture is fit for making ladoos. It means flour is ready now, add water in it to make a tight dough. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Then make a round balls & make an oval shape thin Puri. Make many stripes by knife. Fold it and make like a knot.
  4. Fry it on medium flame, till light brown.
  5. In another pan add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water boil it. Make a thick sugar syrup, add Cardamom powder, then dip these fired balushahi in it.
