ABOUT Indian Masala tea RECIPE

Masala tea is a flavourful chaai with a blend of spices and keeps our body warm during winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tea powder 2tsp
  2. Palm jaggery 2 tbsp crushed
  3. Cardamom pods crushed 2
  4. Ginger 1 small piece
  5. Black pepper crushed 5 pieces
  6. Milk 1& 1/2 cup
  7. Water 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. First in a pan add water and all the spices and allow to boil for 5 mins
  2. Then simmer and add tea powder and let it boil 5 mins
  3. Now add milk and palm jaggery and boil for 2 to 3 mins
  4. Now sieve and serve hot tea.enjoy with some bajjia or vada
