ABOUT Garlic Honey Chicken RECIPE

Chicken fried and pan fried in thick honey and garlic sauce. Amazingly tasty and tangy, quick to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 750 gm
  2. Honey 3 tablespoons
  3. Garlic mashed 1 tablespoon
  4. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  5. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Onion paste 1 tablespoon
  7. Chopped onion 2 tablespoons
  8. Chopped green chili 5-6
  9. Soya sauce 1 cup
  10. Tomato Ginger sauce 1/2 cup
  11. Black pepper 1 tablespoon
  12. All purpose flour 1 cup
  13. Sesame seeds
  14. Coriander leaves stem
  15. Salt
  16. sugar
  17. Refined oil
  18. butter 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First mix the flour, salt, mashed garlic and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Take the chicken pieces and cover it up with that mixture and fry till golden brown in oil in a pan.
  3. After the chicken pieces are fried keep them separate.
  4. Next heat oil in a pan and add butter.
  5. When done fry the chopped onions and green chilies in them.
  6. Next add the ginger, garlic and onion paste and honey and cook few minutes.
  7. Add salt and sugar and the sauce (tomato-garlic and soya) to it and cook few minutes.
  8. Put the chicken pieces in the sauce and boil for few minutes.
  9. When done add sesame seeds (air fried) to it and mix it well.
  10. Garnish with some coriander stems and serve hot.
