Ingredients: For bread-1 cup of wheat flour; 1/2 cup of milk; 1, 1/2 small spoon of yeast; 1 small spoon of sugar; 1 pinch of sugar; 1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves; 1 spoon sesame seeds; 1 small spoon oil; For fillings -; 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves; 1 cube grated amul cheeese; 2 spoon roasted sesame seeds; 6-7 garlic finely chopped; 1/2 a spoon chilli flakes; 2 pinch of black pepper powder; 1 spoon oil; Salt as per taste

For bread-1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup of milk
1, 1/2 small spoon of yeast
1 small spoon of sugar
1 pinch of sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
1 spoon sesame seeds
1 small spoon oil
For fillings -
1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
1 cube grated amul cheeese
2 spoon roasted sesame seeds
6-7 garlic finely chopped
1/2 a spoon chilli flakes
2 pinch of black pepper powder
1 spoon oil
Salt as per taste

Instructions

In a bowl add lukewarm milk, add sugar mix it well
Add dry yeast and keep aside for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, add wheat in a bowl, add prepared milk and make a soft dough
Keep it in a air tight container for atleast 2 hours
After 2 hours it gets spongy
Knead it and add sesame seeds salt and fenugreek leaves
Mix it well add a little oil and make a chapati with the help of hands
Prepare for filling, in a bowl add fenugreek leaves, cheese, chilli flakes, chopped garlic, salt, a little oil, black pepper powder and sesame seeds
Spread the filling over the flate surface
Cover with dough and spread sesame seeds over it
Grease the dough with milk
Heat the cookar add salt in it
Put a stand over the salt and a Greased bread tin over the stand, heat it for 5 minutes with lid
Remove the whistle and rubber
Put the prepared dough in bread tin and cook for 35 minutes, first 15 minutes in medium flame then 20 minutes in low flame
Off the gas , let it be cool completely and serve with sauce
