Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato - 2 - 3
  2. Ginger - 1 inch stick
  3. Corn flour - 2 tsp
  4. Butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Fried bread croutons - 4 - 5

Instructions

  1. Boil the tomato and ginger in a pressure cooker.
  2. Once cooled,blend in the blender and strain it.
  3. Heat one tsp butter in a pan.
  4. Add soup and salt and mix well.
  5. Add two cup of water and mix well.
  6. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add into the soup and cook for five mins.
  7. Turn off the flame and add black pepper powder and one tsp butter and mix well.
  8. Add fried bread croutons and and mix well.
