Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Singri 250 grams
  2. Mustard oil 2 tablespoons
  3. Heeng 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Mustard seeds powder 1 teaspoo
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Fennel seeds powder 2 teaspoons
  8. Onion seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Vinegar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the corners of singri and cut into halves.
  2. Keep in sunlight for few hours
  3. Now In a pot add oil
  4. Add all the spices
  5. Add dried singri
  6. Add vinegar
  7. Mix well
  8. Keep in an airtight jar
  9. Indulge after 3 days
