Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw nuts(badam)-1cup
  2. Tomato-3pc
  3. Onion-1pc
  4. Garlic-4cloves
  5. Tamarind pulp-1/2cup
  6. Green chilli-2pc
  7. Red chilli-2pc
  8. Hing-1/2teaspn
  9. Salt-as needed
  10. Sugar-as needed
  11. Mustard oil-2spn
  12. Mustard seeds-1/2teaspn

Instructions

  1. Shallow fry the badam until it's become red n crispy .keep aside for cool.
  2. Spread mustard oil on a pan. Cut the tomato, onion green chilli from middle and make 2halves. Place the veggies on pan , spread pinch of salt on them and cover it for 5minutes.
  3. Grind the badam, tomato, onion, chilli,sugar,salt, tamarind pulp together and make a thick paste.
  4. Heat some oil ,when it's become hot,add mustard seeds and red chilli in it.when seeds are start to popping add the paste on it.
  5. Stir the paste for 2-3minutes ,add some water if needed. Now it's ready to serve. Serve it with roti or paratha.
