As winter has come and we all are ready for the season and trying to keep ourself warm and healthy..so try this healthy soup which will boost your immune system and help in reducing weight also .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot - 250 gms
  2. onion - 1
  3. Garlic - 8 cloves
  4. Ginger- 1 inch
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Chaat masala - 1/2 tbs
  7. Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tbs
  8. Black pepper powder - 1/ 2 tbs
  9. Butter - 1 inch

Instructions

  1. Peel , clean and wash all the vegetables.
  2. Place them in cooker and pressure cook it for 2 whistles
  3. After that take them out and sieve it and separate vegetable and stock.
  4. Now take all the vegetables in a mixer jar.
  5. Grind them into smooth paste.
  6. Next preheat a pan and add the the stock and give it a boil.
  7. After one boil start adding carrot puree and mix well
  8. Now add salt as per taste.
  9. Now add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder one by one.
  10. Now add butter piece and let it melt
  11. When it melts turn off the flame
  12. Serve hot with cream and crutouns.
