Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Turnip 150gms chopped
  2. Cabbage half cup
  3. Onion chopped 1medium
  4. Tomato 1 medium
  5. Ginger 10gms
  6. Moong dal 1cup soaked half an hour
  7. Coriander half cup
  8. Mint half cup
  9. Butter 20gms
  10. Rock Salt 1tsp
  11. Pepper 1tsp
  12. 1bay leaf
  13. Croutons 2tsp
  14. Fresh cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a turnip slices into plate
  2. Plate up all remaining veggeis and at the same time chopp all veggeis and coriander
  3. Transfer to pressure cooker for easily and quickly cook to soften veggeis and dal
  4. Close cooker lid add water 1 cup allow to cook 5 vissels
  5. Then transfer to blender make fine paste then filter fine pulp
  6. Heat the cadai put butter once its melts add bay leaf pour soup
  7. Keep boil 1more mint while boiling time add salt,pepper
  8. When the soup gets thick creamy texture turn of
  9. Take out to a bowl add croutons garnish with coriander fresh cream
