Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 grams paneer
  2. 100 grams dark chocolate
  3. 1 tbsp Butter
  4. 3 to 4 pieces finely chopped of cashewnuts
  5. 3 to 4 pieces of finely choppped Almonds
  6. 3 to 4 pieces of finely chopped pistachio
  7. 3 to 4 kismis
  8. 1/4 tsp elachi powder
  9. 50 grams sugar powder
  10. 50 grams dry coconut powder.

Instructions

  1. Take dark chocolate in a bowl. Take 1 another vessel and heat it on the gas by adding 2 glass of water in it. Now put dark chocolate bowl on it.
  2. Double boiler it for 2 to 3 minutes. Take care that the dark chocolate should not be melt totally. Keep it little thick. Keep on stiring soo that dark chocolate donot stick to the bowl.
  3. Add butter to it and stir it well. Then add grated paneer to it. And mix it well. After that off the gas. And take that bowl on the platform
  4. After that add dry coconut powder in it and mix it well. Now add sugar powder in it and mix it very well. Add all the dry fruits. Finally add elachi powder in it.And mix it very well.
  5. Now keep this paneer chocolate mixture in to the freezer for 15 minutes. Now take a mould of heart shape and make heart shape lollipops from this paneer chocolate mixture . Press toothpick in it.
  6. And decorate it with colourful sev, silver balls ,golden balls and stars (sweet edible decoration items). Our tasty delicious and mouthwatering chocolate paneer lollipop are ready to eat friends
