ABOUT Quinoa Tabbouleh With Chickpea RECIPE

Tabbouleh is very healthy recipe for breakfast basically made with bulger wheat .Here i made a fresh and healthy twist ,i replaced bulger wheat with quinoa and chick pea which makes traditional tabbouleh more healthy ,flavourful and protein packed .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup cooked quinoa
  2. 1/2cup soaked and boiled chick pea
  3. 2 table spoon chopped carrot
  4. 2 table spoon chopped tricolour bellpepper
  5. 2 table spoon chopped cucumber
  6. 4 cherry tomato chopped
  7. 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli
  8. 1table spoon chopped and blanched french beans
  9. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  10. 2 table spoon olive oil
  11. 1 teasooon chilli flakes
  12. black papper as per taste
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1tsp crushed garlic
  15. 2 teaspoon chopped corriander
  16. 1/2cup chopped / spliced spring
  17. Some mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a big deep bowl.
  2. Add quinoa , chick pea ,cucumber , capsicum ,carrot ,cherry tomatoes, onion , together
  3. Add lekin juice , olive oil , salt pepper , chilli flakes crushed garlic together in another bowl .
  4. Mix this dressing in quinoa bowl ..
  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander .
  6. Serve quinoa tabbouleh with mint leaves.
