ABOUT Aloo paneer tikki RECIPE

An easy peasy recipe for anyday breakfast. My younger one loves to eat as such, you can pair it with bread also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 boiled potatoes
  2. 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  3. 50 gm paneer
  4. Salt,to taste
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1-2 tbsp coriander leaves
  9. Oil,to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes well.
  2. Add grated paneer and bread crumbs.
  3. Add salt and all dry spices and mix well.
  4. Shape them into round tikkis.
  5. Heat a tawa or flat pan and shallow fry the tikkis till brown.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice.
