take a pot adeed flour half teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar

start with the round ball of the dough

roll from the centre
rotate 90 degrees

apply gently pressure,And is ready
Same waye make the all luchis
Heat 2 cup of oil
Fry the luchi,
And luchi is ready
(Cook the alur dom) 1st heat 2 tbsp oil the pan
next added cinnamon cardamom and cloves
onion paste added
now adding coriander powder and turmeric powder
some water and Saute
Adding Kashmiri red chilli powder
tomato and green chilli added
now adding Green peace, salt and sugar as per taste
cook 2-3 minutes medium gas flem
now added boiled baby onions and mix well cook 2minits
now added 1 cup of water
cover the cooked 5 minutes medium gas flame
at last added chopped coriander leaves and alur dom is ready.
