Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowls Til ( white sesame seeds )
  2. 1 big raddish cut into julliens 1 1/2 inch
  3. 2 onions cut into thin sliced
  4. 3 tspn salt
  5. 1/4 tspn haldi powder
  6. 1 tspn cooking oil
  7. 1 lemon Juice
  8. 1 tblspn amchur powder
  9. 10 dry red chilli

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and roast the til on lower flame.
  2. When it changes the color and becomes light brown, then switch off the gas.
  3. Now let it cool down.
  4. After that put this roasted til in the mixing jar.
  5. Add all the dry spice ingredients into the jar with the Til.
  6. Now add little bit of water and lemon juice and grind it into the fine paste.
  7. If needed then add more water for grinding.
  8. On the other hand take another kadai and heat it by adding 1 tspn of oil.
  9. Now add 1/4 tspn of haldi powder, julliens of raddish and little bit salt into it.
  10. Mix it properly and cover it with the lid for three to four mins to make them little bit tender.
  11. Now add half of the til paste into the kadai and mix it properly by adding 3 tblspn of water into it.
  12. See the consisyency, if needed then add more water.
  13. Raddish should be coated properly with the til paste.
  14. Here now our Raddish ( Mooli ) Til ki Chutney is ready to serve.
  15. Serve it with toasted bread or can spread it little on the bread and make the sandwich or any parantha in the breakfast.
  16. Now take rest of the Til paste into the mixing bowl.
  17. Add sliced onion into the bowl.
  18. Mix it properly so that paste and onion sliced are combined to each other.
  19. If needed then add little bit water to it.
  20. Now our Pyaaz wali Til ki Chutney is ready to eat with toasted bread or with any parantha in the breakfast.
