Soak idly rice, moong Dal and channa Dal for 3 hours
In mixer jar, put soaked rice and Dal , red chillies and 10 curry leaves, grind it like a dosa batter
In pan, add gingelly oil Add mustard seed,curry leaves and onion
Add above sauted onion with batter
Add turmeric powder,salt and hing
In dosa pan , pour one ladle prepared batter and spread it
Pour one spoon gingelly oil
Flip it , make sure both side is cooked well
Serve the hot and tasty adament creeper dosa with chutney
SERVING: 4
