Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup urad dal
  2. 1 1/2 cup rice
  3. Salt as needed
  4. 1 tsp chana dal
  5. 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. 2 tsp poha
  7. Oil 1 tsp
  8. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Firstly soak urad Dal, rice, poha, Chana dal, methi seeds and soak all separately for 4-5 hours
  2. Now take all them into mixi and make a fine paste
  3. Now add enough salt to it
  4. And add water until it is dosa consistency
  5. And let it ferment overnight
  6. Now take a pan and apply oil and pour batter and spread it thin when it turns crisp stwich off flame and serve with coconut chutney
