ABOUT Buckwheat prasadam RECIPE

It is prasadam which actually eats in fasting days and it is a very tasty recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup Broken Wheat 
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup ghee
  4. 1.5 cup water
  5. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 10-15 cashews
  7. 10-15 raisins

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a pan and add ghee and let ghee melts
  2. Now add cashew and raisins and fry well and take it into a bowl
  3. Now in the same pan add wheat ravva and fry until it is brown
  4. Now add water in it and boil it well
  5. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix well
  6. Now once it is completed switch off the flame
  7. And at last add ghee and fried dry fruits
