Paratha with egg stuffed ,onion ,cucumber and other sauces is an easy and awesome breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Frozen Paratha-I used Kawan paratha
  2. Egg
  3. Onion chopped
  4. Cucumber chopped
  5. Tomato sauce
  6. Chilly sauce
  7. Green chilly chopped
  8. Oil
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a flat pan,add 1/2 tsp oil.Put the frozen paratha and fry on low flame.Flip the side and fry the other side.
  2. Beat one egg,add salt ,stir it nicely and pour over the fried paratha.Add 1/2 tsp oil and fry it.When one side is fried,flip it.
  3. Take the egg paratha from pan and put it on tissue paper.Add tomato sauce,chilly sauce,salt,pepper.Add chopped cucumbers,onions and green chillies.Roll it and wrap it on a tissue paper .Egg Roll is ready.
