Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Pancakes :
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Wheat flour 1 cup
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Powdered brown sugar 1 cup
  6. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  7. Milk 3 cups or as required
  8. Melted butter 1 tablespoon
  9. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  10. Butter for frying 5 tablespoons
  11. Rose lassi :
  12. Hung curd 1 cup
  13. Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
  14. Rose syrup 2 tablespoons + for decoration

Instructions

  1. Firstly seive flours , baking powder, powdered sugar .
  2. Add milk gradually , vanila essence and whisk to a smooth fluffy batter , Add 1 tablespoon butter .
  3. Rest for 10 minutes .
  4. Heat pan in medium heat .
  5. Drizzle little butter.
  6. Pour 1/2 cup batter , shape into pancake.
  7. Drizzle butter .
  8. Cook in medium heat . Flip sides and cook until golden .
  9. Likewise fry remaining pancakes.
  10. Cool pancakes.
  11. In a bowl, take hung curd , add sugar and rose syrup .
  12. Whisk well .
  13. Take pancakes.
  14. Spread whisked rose lassi .
  15. Roll into a horizontal cylinder .
  16. Cut the cylinder into small cylinders.
  17. Drizzle rose syrup .
  18. Rose Lassi Pancake Rolls
  19. Serve chilled .
