Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potato 1cup,carrot 1cup (can also add your fav vegies)
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Water as needed
  4. Cinnamon 1 piece
  5. Cloves 2
  6. Curry leaves as needed
  7. Fennel seeds 1/2tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  9. Onion big size 2
  10. Tomato 2
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Chilli powder 1& 1/2tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/2tsp
  14. Cashew 5
  15. Green chilli 2
  16. Coconut (half)
  17. Mint&coriander leaves chopped
  18. Oil as needed
  19. Kasakasa 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Put cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, onion one by one
  3. Add some salt in this stage, so that onion will be cooked quickly
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Stir it until the odour goes
  6. Add tomato and a few salt
  7. Add chopped vegetables
  8. Add red chilli powder
  9. Add salt and water
  10. Close the vessel for 5minutes in medium flame
  11. In this time, grind coconut, cashew, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasakasa
  12. Add the mixture to the pan
  13. After boiling, add Mint&coriander leaves
  14. Wait for 3mins, now the tasty ayyangaar Style Chappathi Kurma is ready to serve
