Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For methi poori
  2. 1 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Oil,to deep fry
  9. Other
  10. 1 onion
  11. 1 tomato
  12. 1 green capsicum
  13. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  14. 3/4 cup mozarella cheese
  15. Oregano,as required
  16. Chilli flakes,as required

Instructions

  1. To make methi poori,make a tight dough with flour,salt, methi leaves, carrom seeds ,black pepper powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Leave it aside for 10-15 mins.
  3. Meanwhile chop onion,tomato and green capsicum into thin long strips.
  4. Roll out pooris from the dough and deep fry them.
  5. Spread a tsp of pizza sauce on each poori .
  6. Put onion,tomato and capsicum slices on each.
  7. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese on each.
  8. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 5 mins or until the cheese melts.
  10. Serve hot.
