Sometimes you want pizza and noodles. These cute delicious mini pizza nests are the best solution.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Noodles 1/2cup
Chopped veggies 1 cup(capsicum, cabbage, spring onions etc)
Cheese grated 1/4cup
Pizza seasoning 2tsp
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Oil 2tsp

Instructions

Boil noodles, strain and keep in a bowl.
Add oil, mix well.
Heat appe pan, brush oil in the cavities, arrange the noodles, pressing down on bottoms and side to create cups.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, cook 1min.
Then put chopped veggies, sprinkle grated cheese, pizza seasoning, cover and cook till cheese melts.
Delicious mini pizza nests are ready in no time. Serve hot.
