ABOUT Cheese Shell Pasta in Green sauce RECIPE

It is different from regular pasta which are made from tomato sauce or white sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 pack shell pasta
  2. 1 bunch of mint leaves
  3. 2 Green chillies
  4. 2 + 1 Onions
  5. Mozzarella cheese as per choice
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In a pan put water and keep on a stove to boil, cover it.
  2. When water starts boiling add in the pasta and let it boil, add 1 tsp oil in it.
  3. On the other hand clean and wash mint leaves.
  4. When it has boiled, strain and run through it some cool water. Add oil, 1 tsp and keep aside.
  5. Blend mint leaves, salt, green chilli and 1 onion well.
  6. In a pan put oil and keep on the stove.
  7. Add 2 sliced onion and saute it nicely.
  8. When it begins to change colour, add in the mint sauce and saute for 2 minutes. Add pasta, cheese and mix well.
  9. Serve hot and it tastes best without any sauce.
