A fusion of chappathi and mushroom in a ring

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Mushroom 1cup
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Tomato grated 2 numbers
  6. Chilly powder 2 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 3 table spoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil 1 table spoon
  12. Mozerella cheese grated 1 cup
  13. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  14. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  15. Chilly flakes 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make roti dough
  2. Roll it thin and cut in triangle shape
  3. In a kadai add oil and saute onion
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add grated tomatoes and saute well in low flame add spices
  6. Saute for two more minutes
  7. Add chopped mushrooms
  8. Mix well and cook it closed
  9. Don't add water
  10. In the baking tray place a small bowl in the middle
  11. Place the triangle shaped roti pieces around the bowl with broad end near the bowl
  12. put the stuffing on the roti around the bowl
  13. Sprinkle grated cheese over it
  14. Wrap the stuffing with the other end
  15. In a small bowl mix ghee Oregon and chilly flakes
  16. Spread the ghee oregano mixture over the roti
  17. Preheat oven at 180 degree
  18. Bake it for 15 minutes
