hi..your recipe sounds nice..i am not sure about the ingredient quantities..could you please update it?
Cook 1 cup rice, with 1 1/2 cup water , let it cool, separate each grain
Soak 1/4 kg tamarind in water, squeeze out the pulp
In a kadai add 1 tspoon til oil, add mustard1/2 t.spoon, urad dal, channa dal 1 t.spoon, 1 table spoon peanuts, pinch of hing, 10 to 12 red chillies , broke in to half, pinch of turmeric, add the tamarind pulp , & salt to your taste.
1 table spoon black til, 1t.s , methi seeds , dry roast them, then roast 1 cup coriander seeds, 1 cup of red chillies in oil, grind to powder., in the rice mix the tamarind pulp, & then this powder(2tbsp), & give tadka of peanuts and red chilli.
