Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  5. Pepper jeera powder 3 tsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. Oil as required
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add onion.saute it well till golden brown.
  2. Now add Ginger garlic paste cook for 2 min and add tomato, salt
  3. And then add mutton pieces.add pepper jeera powder.add 1/2 cup of water.cook for 6-7 whistles.
  4. Healthy mutton Chuka is ready
