Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 2 cup
  2. Chana dal 1 cup
  3. Cumin seed 1tea spoon
  4. Bay leaves 3
  5. Oil 3 table spoon
  6. Green Chilli chopped 1
  7. Onion chopped 1
  8. Cardamom 2
  9. Cloves 3
  10. Black pepper 3
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add oil.
  2. Then add cumin seed and all khada Masala.
  3. Then add onion and fry till become brown
  4. Add green chilli then add rice and Chana Dal.
  5. Add salt and mix the ingredients
  6. Now add two cups of water and close the lid.
  7. After one whistle switch off the gas.
