Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Coconut paste 2 tsp
  5. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  6. Potato 2
  7. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt as required
  12. Oil as required
  13. For grinding::
  14. Onion 1
  15. Garlic 5
  16. Ginger small
  17. Cardamom 2
  18. Cloves 2
  19. Cinnamon small

Instructions

  1. In cooker heat oil add onion saute it till golden brown
  2. Now add tomato, Ginger garlic paste.mix it well.
  3. After add mutton pieces.add water,salt.
  4. Cook for 4 whistles
  5. After add grounded masala paste,potato,garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder.mix well cook for 1 whistle
  6. Then add coconut paste and coconut milk cook for 10 min
  7. Spicy healthy mutton potato curry is ready
