Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 250 g
  2. Egg 6 nos
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper pd
  5. Boneless chicken 250 g in small pieces
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  7. Garam masala pd 1 tsp
  8. Lemon 2 nos
  9. Red chilli pd 1 pinch
  10. Vinegar 1 tsp
  11. Sliced onion 1
  12. Chopped Coriander
  13. Chaat masala
  14. oil

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of maida, salt and oil by water. Keep aside.
  2. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala pd, chilly pd, vinegar and half of lemon juice and keep aside for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour take kadhai add some oil, put that chicken mixture and cook till water evaporated then keep aside.
  4. Now take a dough and make paratha, cook on tawa. After one side is cooked add oil and pour one beaten egg, put this paratha on it and cook it. When it is completely cooked remove from gas.
  5. Then in paratha arrange the chicken pieces then sliced onion, coriander, chaat masala. Squeeze lemon juice and roll it.
  6. Serve with sauce.
