ABOUT CAKE POPS RECIPE

My children are very fond of pops ,so applying a little twist i made these cake pops for them,it was a big hit

Ingredients Serving: 10

chocolate cake(any) 10-15 slices
dark chocolate 100 gram
Amul fresh cream 100 ml
lollipop stick as required
Sprinklers as required

Instructions

grind the chocolate cakes and make it a fine powder and keep aside
cut the dark chocolates into a small pieces and mix it with the cream and melt it(microwave it for 30 sec)
Pour this mixture onto the cake powder
Knead and make small balls
refrigerate these balls for 20 minutes
Meanwhile melt the remaining chocolate and the cream and pour it into a cup
dip the lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place it in the middle of the ball
again refrigerate these for another 20 minutes
take out and dip the balls in the melted chocolate and sprinkle some sprinkler of ur choice
